I really enjoyed my shopping exerience with Mukama! Not only is the store filled with wonderful EDC items, the service was great and the delivery was completed ahead of schedule. And the prices are quite competitive.
I will definitely refer my friends to this store, and look in on it from time to time to eyeball new items!

I've bought thousands of dollars of things from Mukama. Everything is always sent within 24h and the service and quality is amazing. I only wish it was easier to leave reviews on items and we could see other people's reviews of items instead of just ratings.

Great accessory for my Dango wallet. It allows me to carry bank notes without having to fold them up and stuff them under the rubber strap

Let me start by saying that I have purchased on Mukama several times. The website is well maintained and intuitive. Compared to other websites, I found a lot of care and attention towards the customer, especially in the timeliness of responding to specific questions or requests. Furthermore, the packaging is very careful and the shipping is super fast.

I had an upcoming trip and I had to purchase a travel bag. The flight was nearing and I had to ask the customer support that would the bag arrive in time. The customer support answered promptly and promised that the bag would make it before my journey.

After ordering the bag, the tracking number did not show any rational progress, I was bit worried and contacted the support yet once again. They were nice and reassured that the bag will make it in time and just the tracking info was lagging
(which BTW is not in their hands)

And all this was done on top of that I ordered the wrong color and they reacted to that lightning fast too and switched the color before shipping.

And truly the duffel came in time and the trip started on a good note.

Ordering from overseas can be painful, high duties, shipping costs and long delivery time, that's why I'm sure i will buy more from Mukama in the future, its much easier and cheaper when you live in EU like me.

One of the best Shops in Europe for EDC related gear and other useful stuff you might search for! The range of different items is amazing, from bags to tools and other premium gadgets.
I ordered a few times now and it is always a super fast processing of the order.
This time a had a small problem with the delivery company and the customer support from Mukama was really fast and super helpful, big thanks to Ali from the customer support team for his excellent help!
