Orders placed on a business day by 11:30 (AM, Finnish time) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise the next business day.

Customs duties & taxes

No customs duties & taxes on delivery, we ship from within the EU.

Pre-order items

If an item is available for pre-order with an estimated shipping date, it means we have a confirmed incoming shipment for that item. The estimation is based on the current information we have, and it is subject to change. Pre-ordering ensures you'll receive the product from that incoming stock. Signing up to stock notification will inform you when it arrives.

When you place a pre-order, payment is processed immediately. Your order will ship at once as soon as all pre-order items in your order have arrived.

You can always find the latest estimated shipping date on the product page. If the estimate is delayed by more than one week, we will keep customers updated.

Out of stock items

If the product is out of stock and not available for pre-order yet, you can only sign up for the stock notification. For these products we usually don't have a good estimation, probably just a rough one.

What if something went wrong?

Damaged product

If the product is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damaged product and send the images and additional info to our customer service at support@mukama.com. In this way we are able to make the reclamation on your behalf faster. Please keep the damaged packaging. We will replace the damaged item.

Wrong or defective product

We are fellow humans, and sometimes we make mistakes. If we send you the wrong or defective product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We'll replace the product right away.
