Returns

• Products can be returned within 60 days
• Free returns via Posti Customer Return service
• The original shipping costs will not be refunded
• The returned product has to be in new condition, in the original product packaging and all product tags still attached
• The returned product is not damaged or defective. If you think it is, please contact our customer service instead of requesting the return.

How can I return products?

You can request a return for your order here. We'll be notified about your request and once approved, you will receive return instructions by email.

When I will be refunded?

We will issue the refund within 1-2 weeks from receiving the return. The refund will be issued to the same payment method and currency that was used in the order. You will be notified by emai as soon as this is done.

Defective or wrong products

If the product is defective or if we sent you a wrong product, please contact us instead of requesting the return. We'll make it right.
