At first glance, it could be mistaken for a pen tucked into a shirt pocket. And that’s exactly the way the CEO folding knife was designed. With a supremely low profile and no corners cut on usability and ergonomics, it embodies the working spirit of everyday carry.

The CEO is designed by Richard Rogers, known for his clean, simple, highly-usable designs. The slim, low-profile CEO poses as a pen until a sealed letter needs opening. With lubed ball bearings in the pivot to reduce friction, a flipper sets IKBS™ in motion, quickly deploying the satin-finished stainless steel blade. A locking liner keeps it securely in place between the sleek and strong glass-reinforced nylon handle.

Good but could be better

Service was impeccable and the knife came in a reasonable time considering the distance.
The CEO flipper is gentleman's knife but to deploy the blade you need fingers of steel. Other reviews warn of this but I hoped the quality control might have improved and bought it anyway.
The figit factor is none existent at the moment and only a strip, lube and a fettle of the detent will make this cool knife what it should be as standard.
