Featuring a slide-lock mechanism, a corrosion-resistant VG-10 stainless steel blade, fully-profiled scales and a deep-carry, reversible pocket clip, the Carter is the most advanced knife from The James Brand. It's slim and lightweight, but fully capable in any environment.

The slide-lock is secure, easy to understand and ambidextrous. It’s designed for use with one hand, and has been a staple mechanism of everyday carry knives for a long time.

The Japanese-made VG-10 stainless steel blade has great edge-retention and corrosion resistance. VG-10 was designed to handle the abuse of the culinary world, but because of its amazing characteristics, it’s found a home in the world of everyday carry.

The opening style uses a symmetrical thumb-disc on top of the blade, making for easy, affirmative one-handed opening. The deep-carry pocket is easily reversible (using a Torx T6, not included).

Classista tyyliä.

Tyylikäs veitsi, joka tuntuu kädessä upealta ja avaus/sulku mekaniikka toimii, kuin unelma. Loistava työkalu arkisempiin askareisiin.

Veitsi saapuu upeassa puisessa laatikossa. Mukana tulee myös suojapussi ja klipsille vaihdettava osa.

Helposti mukana kulkeva veitsi, jossa koko ja paino aika optimaaliset. Taittomekanismi on sujuva ja peukalokiekko on hyvä ominaisuus. Mustavalkoisena etenkin mukavan futuristinen eikä tule sellaista eräjormafiilistä jos sitä haluaa välttää.

Perinteiseen veitsimerkkiin verrattuna tässä kieltämättä maksaa hipsterilisää muista seikoista kuin toiminnallisuudesta - jokaisen oma valinta kannattaako se vai ei, mutta jos esineelle on enemmän käyttöä mikäli sen katselusta ja hypistelystä nauttii niin silloin se on hyvä ostos.
